Commander Da'la Socuna is the Alliance Starfighter Pilot Tier I trainer for Crimson Phoenix Squadron. She is located the back room in the Northeast corner of the Cantina in Mos Espa, Tatooine, at -3000, 2202. Da'la will give four missions to Alliance Starfighter Trainees; completing the fourth mission will grant the pilot his first skill box. The final three Tier I skill boxes are granted when enough pilot experience is accumulated.

Patrol the Rebel Spy Route

Patrol the Rebel Spy Route

Just fly to the patrol point, once you reach it you'll get a mission update that you've reached it and a new point to fly to.

Destroy the TIE Cadets !

After a couple of patrol points you'll be jumped by a couple of 3 T1 TIE Fighters. Destroy them and return to base.

• 3 Tier 1 "TIE Cadets Fighters".

Rewards:

• Credits: 100 credits.
• 25 Rebel Faction Points.

Hunt Down Tie Fighters

Hunt Down Tie Fighters

You'll be given a couple of waypoints of possible TIE Fighter locations, but any TIE fighter in Tatooine space will do. Find 4 of them and destroy them, then return to base. They usually spawn in groups of 3 or more. You need to destroy four of them to complete your mission.

• 4 Tier 1 "TIE Fighter".

Rewards:

• Credits: 200 credits.
• 50 Rebel Faction Points.

If you have to eject from your aircraft at any point the counter will reset. And you will have to kill all 4 again.

Supply route security patrol

Supply route security patrol

You'll start a patrol route to secure the shipping lanes. After hitting a couple of waypoints you'll get a mission update giving you a rendezvous waypoint. Meet with the refugee ship and escort it to safety.

Escort Crippled Refugee Transport

Fighter Flightsuit

You will have to meet the Rebel Medium Freighter. During the escort destroy waves consisting each of:

• 3 Tier 1 TIE Fighters

They will attempt to take out the transport. A Tier 1 TIE Bomber may spawn near the end. Low spawnrate.

Rewards:

• Credits: 500 credits.
• 50 Rebel Faction Points.
• Fighter Flightsuit.
• Wookiee's and Ithorians get a Multi-Pocket Bandolier since the flightsuit doesn't fit them.

Eliminate TIE Veteran

You'll get a waypoint with his current location, fly to it and take him out. Return to base for some well-deserved R&R. Completing this mission grants you a free Tier 1 skill box. You are not obliged to destroy its escort though.

• 1 Tier 2 "TIE Fighter Veteran Commander".
• 3 Tier 1 "TIE Fighter".

Rewards:

• Credits: 1000 credits.
• 75 Rebel Faction Points.
• A Level 1 Incom Ultralight Armor Plating.
